At ZAID ATTAR WALE, we take pride in the quality of our fragrances and beauty products; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day return policy for unopened and unused items. Due to the personal nature of attars and perfumes, we can only accept returns on products with their original seals intact.

Contact our customer support team via email or phone within 7 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the unused item in its original fragrance box and shipping carton to ensure it is not damaged during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label or ship the package to our warehouse address using a trackable courier service.
Quality Inspection
Once we receive and inspect the item to confirm the seal is unbroken, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
